Wine-grower word

Garnet color, our Secret of my father (old vines 90 years old) is complex red with mineral notes. Located in the best parcel in Julienas, its richness, powerfully and subtlety .Deep red with violet reflections, with concentrated aromas of blackcurrant, spice, ripe dark fruit and complex range (liquorice) and undergrowth notes along with sweet raspberry and kirsch. This elegant wine exhibits sweet tannins, beautiful balance and a good length in the mouth sign of winemaking perfectly controlled., approaching its Burgundian neighbors with the very cherry aromas of this grape.

Vinification

Hand-picked -Vinification of whole bunches (traditionnal in Beaujolais) - Made using carbonic maceration during 12 days -Maturing in ciment vat 9 month.
Vinification is carried out in open vats, with punching of the cap and scrupulous temperature control, followed by maceration of the wine "on its crust" for a period of about 12 days
